Dr. Bruce Finkel

Bruce Finkel, MD

Dr. Bruce Finkel received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1985. He completed medical school at the University Of South Carolina School Of Medicine, and then returned to Duke University to complete a residency in Pediatrics, and a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Finkel has practiced medicine in Savannah since 1995, and co-founded Coastal Allergy & Asthma, P.C. and AeroAllergy Research Laboratories of Savannah, Inc. in 1999.

Dr. Finkel holds board certifications as Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy & Immunology, and the American Board of Pediatrics. He has lectured and published extensively on topics related to allergy, asthma, and other immunological disorders. Dr. Finkel is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology, the American College of Allergy Asthma & Immunology, and the American Association of Pediatrics, and is also a member of the Southeastern Allergy Association, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the Joint Council of Allergy Asthma, and Immunology. Dr. Finkel is one of the few physicians in the region to become a Certified Principal Investigator for ethical standards and practices in clinical research.

Dr. Finkel is past Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics, Memorial Health University Medical Center, 2001-2003, and is currently Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Mercer University School of Medicine, Savannah Campus.

Dr. Brad Goodman

Brad Goodman, MD

Dr. Brad Goodman received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Georgia in 1988. He graduated from Emory University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Pediatrics at Emory University and The University of Texas. He completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Baylor University College of Medicine, Texas Children’s Hospital, Houston, Texas, in 1997. Dr. Goodman has practiced medicine in Savannah since 1997, and co-founded Coastal Allergy & Asthma, P.C. and AeroAllergy Research Laboratories of Savannah, Inc. in 1999.

Monica Rama, MD.

Monica Rama Kenney, MD

Dr. Monica R. Kenney, received her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey in 1999 and went on to complete her Pediatric Internship and Residency training at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kenney received her fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Allergy and Immunology with completion in 2004.

Dr. Kenney is board certified by both the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and The American Board of Pediatrics. Her memberships include American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, Joint Council of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Dr. Kenney is Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for Mercer University School of Medicine, Savannah Campus at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

Timothy J. Dare, PA-C.

Timothy J. Dare, PA-C.

Timothy J. Dare, PA-C., received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Pre-Med/Physician Assistant in 1997 at Mars Hill College in North Carolina. He completed the Physician Assistant Program in Savannah Georgia at South University in 2000, and received his certification from the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners of Georgia.

Tim is currently a Faculty Member of the Year at South University and the Regional Contact Liaison for the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants. His memberships include the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Georgia Association of Physician Assistants.

Tim has many years of experience as a PA in the internal medicine and allergy and immunology fields. He works closely with our physicians to evaluate and treat new and returning patients, and facilitates patient education. In addition, Tim assists with medical examinations and enrollment for our asthma and allergy related clinical trials.
