Before joining Coastal Allergy & Asthma, she held leadership roles in the Detroit area, including serving as Section Chief of Allergy, where she guided patient care and helped advance clinical standards within her department.
Dr. Appleyard earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, her internship and residency at Ascension St. John Hospital, and fellowship training at Henry Ford Hospital. She is a board-certified allergist and is known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach to managing complex allergic and immune conditions.
